Our work, in collaboration with the ISMM to upskill Aggregate Industries is still underway and we hope to record more successes moving forward.

With over 200 entrants, Growth Engineering were delighted to have made it onto the 80-plus strong shortlist. To have walked away from the Gala Dinner with an award has left the team elated, proud and in a celebratory mood.
The award ceremony exists to champion all things online learning. Almost 500 people gathered at the awards bash in the ballroom of the London Marriot Hotel Grosvenor Square to enjoy a spectacular four-course meal and watch the victors claim their spoils.
The ‘Best online distance learning programme’ was a particularly strong category this year, with the eLearning industries best and brightest battling it out for the coveted prize. Growth Engineering, who specialise in creating online sales and leadership academies, were pleased to be in the thick of things in their very first year of entering.
Growth Engineering entered collaboratively with Aggregate Industries and The ISMM and their efforts were central to making this distance learning programme award-winning.
Juliette Denny, Growth Engineering’s Managing Director spoke of her pleasure in receiving the award: "The Growth Engineering team are absolutely delighted to have been recognised for their hard work. We pride ourselves on creating and rolling out sales development programmes that stand out from the opposition, by using innovative methodologies and dynamic technology to breathe life into learning material. Our work, in collaboration with the ISMM to upskill Aggregate Industries is still underway and we hope to record more successes moving forward."
The award is currently taking pride of place in the centre of Growth Engineering’s Windsor-based offices and the team are hungry for more. They will certainly be back at the awards next year.
