Brookwood School will host New England’s second annual “You CAN Do The Rubik’s Cube” competition where students in grades k-8 from schools across New England will compete for the fastest time to solve 25 Rubik’s Cubes collectively.

Brookwood School will host New England’s second annual “You CAN Do The Rubik’s Cube” competition where students in grades k-8 from schools across New England will compete for the fastest time to solve 25 Rubik’s Cubes collectively.

The "You CAN Do The Rubik’s Cube" program is a community initiative that uses the world’s most famous puzzle as a math manipulative in classrooms and in afterschool programs, helping students learn such STEM concepts as perimeter, volume, area and algorithms and 21st Century skills like problem-solving, following directions, and perseverance. Teams from Concord MA, East Lyme CT, Freetown-Lakeville MA, Hamstead NH, and the hosting Brookwood School, MA. compete at the 2nd Annual Rubik's Challenge.
