Today, Anthony Hitt, COO of Engel & Völkers U.S., announced that Peter Ianos, formerly a Director of Strategic Growth for Century 21 Real Estate LLC, a subsidiary of Realogy Corporation, has joined Engel & Völkers as the company’s new Vice President of Brokerage Services. This latest addition represents a major step forward in the international luxury real estate firm’s ongoing commitment to providing its distinct brand of world-class service to a growing number of U.S. markets.

Ianos has been with Century 21 for more than ten years. As part of their Strategic Growth team he worked on the development of the “C21 New Growth Platform” providing offices with resources and guidance in areas of relocation, distressed properties and affinity partnerships. In addition, he was responsible for the redevelopment and redeployment of the Franchisee Onboarding Process for the opening of new office locations, as well as consulting with existing offices on mergers and acquisitions.
In his new role, Ianos will be applying his expertise to manage the development and operations of Engel & Völkers’ national networks as the firm continues to introduce the brand’s exceptional service standards throughout the U.S. He will lead efforts in research and data analysis to discover strategic opportunities, enhance the company’s brokerage partner selection process, manage the quality and consistency of the Engel & Völkers brand values throughout the development process, and provide ongoing consultation to maximize service quality, productivity and market share.

Ianos received his Bachelor's in Psychology from Boston University, and his Master’s in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. Peter holds a New York real estate license. He currently resides in Manhattan with his wife, Tiffany, where he also serves on the NYC Board of Directors for Easter Seals.
