The American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) http://www.aaham.org, held its Annual National Institute (ANI), “Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes”, October 17-19, 2012 in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Attendees from across the country attended educational sessions, networked and visited exhibitors to learn about the latest in products and services available to the industry.

The nearly 600 conference goers included patient account managers, business office personnel, medical billing professionals, medical office managers, patient access managers, coding specialists, compliance officers and hospital chief financial officers.
Keynote speakers included professional speaker and comedienne, Jan McInnis and Social Media guru, Christina Thielst. Vice President of Tower Strategies. Washington politico, Paul Miller of Miller Wenhold, LLC, presented the Institute’s standing room only closing session about the upcoming presidential elections.
Over fifty session speakers presented material on five separate healthcare tracks; Management/Revenue Cycle, Access/Quality Management, Compliance, Leadership/Professional Development and Specialty topics.
