Feedmob is a new tool created for app owners and developers that need to capture feedback on their mobile apps.

Currently the only way to know whether your users like or dislike your app is to see the ratings that you are getting on Google play.

For a mobile app owner or developer, it can be very frustrating to get bad ratings on your app and not know why you are getting such bad reviews. Many people give one or two star ratings without saying specifically what’s bothering them. This situation leaves the app owner with little information about how to improve their app.

Feedmob is a tool designed for app owners and developers that need feedback on their apps. It is very easy to use and also easy to integrate it with android apps. The first step is to create the survey using Feedmob’s own built in tool. One has the option of using templates or starting from scratch. Next, just add a few lines of code to the mobile application and the users will then start seeing their survey.

Developers can customize how long before the users are prompted to give feedback. The app user will see a popup window asking them if they want to leave feedback. If they click on Yes, they will see the survey within the app which will close automatically after they send the information.

"As an app developer, I'm always wondering if my new features are adding value to the app or not. By being able to ask specific questions to users, I can limit my guess work quite a bit. " said Damian Thompson, an android app developer.

According to Patricio Carrera, co-founder of Feedmob, “currently the only way to know whether your users like or dislike your app is to see the ratings that you are getting on Google play. Feedmob lets you find out what your users like or dislike about your app at a very early stage and react upon that information”.

Currently Feedmob can only be integrated with Android Apps but according to Patricio the iOS integration should be ready soon.

Feedmob has a freemium pricing model so you can give it a try for free. If you need more information about this company visit their website http://www.feedmob.com.
