About the Author
Cynthia Lynn Stigger was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a poet, playwright, author and a Gastroenterology Technical Specialist. She has published two books of poems: The Words I Could Not Say (2005), and If The Shoe Fits (2011).

One of her poems titled: I Want to Live and Play Safe was read at one of the Indianapolis public schools and at the Indianapolis State Museum, which is up for nominee as a National poem.
She has also performed at the Indianapolis Madame C.J. Walker Theater several times and the Indiana Repertory Theater.

During the 2008 Presidential Campaign, she performed a poem on both the television and radio station for our now President Barack Obama titled “Obama Mama” which is published in her book of poems.
Cynthia is also the founder of Sweet Bundle of Joy, which is an on-line blog for mothers of disabled children's http://www.sweetbundleofjoy.net/.

She is also a member of Eastern Star Baptist Church of Indianapolis Indiana. She is currently working on her new novel.
