About the Author
Chef Peter Ziegelmeier is a robust character coming from a large German-Italian family born in Long Island, N.Y. His unmatched passion for cooking and cuisine and his love of the ocean has led him to the yachting industry. Shortly after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., the chef was off to begin his adventures upon the high seas and headed to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Prior to the world of yachting the chef has had a whirlwind career in corporate, mom and pop, country club, and casino cuisine cultures.
