Moore & Symons, Inc., welcomes back Sue Symons as Senior Vice President and head of its new western office. As one of the founders of Moore & Symons, Symons specializes in developing strategy from research. In her new role, she will expand Moore & Symons’ reach within the western United States and will work with existing clients in that region.

Symons will report to Pat McBurnette, president of Moore & Symons.

“We are delighted Sue is returning to the Moore & Symons team,” says McBurnette. “She brings more than 30 years of marketing knowledge and wisdom in a variety of sectors—healthcare, financial, insurance, nonprofit, consumer services, consumer products and more. Her energy and depth of insight will add significant value for our clients. We also look forward to servicing more clients in the western half of the United States.”

The team at Moore & Symons recognizes that in the past 20 years America’s business landscape has broadened as many companies move to a national platform, opening offices across the nation. “We’ve seen it with banks, hospitals, healthcare and medical companies, insurance companies, business-to-business firms, and industrial firms,” Symons says. “The western office of Moore & Symons will enable us to better serve these national firms seeking excellent marketing research and planning services.”

After leaving Moore & Symons, Symons continued to work as a marketing consultant and as the Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest Art School, a large, nationally recognized art school. “After my stint as CEO in non-profits,” says Symons, “I happily have returned to my roots, the for-profit business world.”

Moore & Symons, based in Roswell, Georgia, is a full-service marketing research and strategic planning company that works with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer clients to help them develop tailored, out-of-the-box marketing strategies.
