NDIA, NTSA Announce World's Largest and Most Exciting Modeling, Simulation and Virtual Reality Event to Open Dec. 3

I/ITSEC, one of the largest exhibitions of any kind in the U.S., set to thrill the world of virtual reality, modeling and simulation from Dec. 3-6 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

With over 550 exhibitors from around the world and covering half a million total square feet of exhibition space, the 2012 I/ITSEC will feature exhibitors from major industries, governments, research organizations and academic institutions.

NDIA and NTSA are pleased to announce that the largest and most thrilling exhibition of virtual reality, modeling and simulation in the world will take place from December 3 to 6 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Counting over 550 exhibitors from around the world and covering half a million total square feet of exhibition space, the event, known as the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) is one of the largest exhibitions of any kind in the U.S. In 2012, I/ITSEC will feature exhibitors from major industries, governments, research organizations and academic institutions from across the country and from many foreign nations.

With modeling and simulation now an integral part of research and development, from weather forecasting to mineral extraction to healthcare, the exhibits on the floor will be just as varied, reflecting the latest advancements in these areas and many more. Subjects of special attention and a series of top level, open panels at I/ITSEC include: cyber security; innovation in healthcare training; law enforcement and criminal justice preparedness; Pentagon acquisition issues; integration of the human element into artificial environments; and a wide-ranging competition involving Serious Games from around the world.
