We are proud of all of our franchise owners and employees across the system, without them PROSHRED® would not be where it is today.
Charlotte, NC (PRWEB) November 16, 2012
PROSHRED® recently had its 2012 Annual Conference in Charlotte, NC. The conference is our annual opportunity for all of our franchisees and corporate location managers to get together in person, share best practice, discussing results and map out new opportunities for 2013 in operations, sales, marketing and over-all vision. This conference is also the time we congratulate our franchisees and employees, and this year the company gave out a record of 7 awards to its franchise locations.
PROSHRED® Tampa won the 2012 “Scheduled Revenue Award” and the prestigious “President’s Award”, showing strong annual growth in scheduled revenue, compliance with ISO 9001-2008, dedication to PROSHRED® sales and marketing program, as well as being an ambassador for the company and the brand.
Mark MacMillan, a veteran of the shredding business, states that they “have an established base in Tampa but are always looking to promote the brand in new and creative ways. We have been the lead shredding brand in the annual ‘Operation Shredding’ event that is cross-promoted with ABC News, and we have done some fun stuff such as shredding St. Louis Blues hockey jerseys with the Tampa Bay Lightning. This year we took on the ambitious goal to set the Guinness Record for the most amount of paper shred in 24 hours, there are always opportunities to expand the business on both a local and national level.”
The “Growth Award” for an outstanding year in new business development went to the franchise locations in Orange County, CA (under 750k annual revenue), and Chicago, IL (over 750k annual revenue). This award is bestowed to franchisees who have achieved the highest absolute annual revenue growth in comparison to other locations in its category.
Peter Klebanoff, the owner of PROSHRED® Orange County and the newly appointed Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) member was thrilled to win this award. Klebanoff says that he has “only been with PROSHRED for less than 3 years, and it is very gratifying to win this award as it justifies the hard work we have done for our customers in Southern California in such a short period of time. We are hopeful to hit the 750k mark very soon!”
Rodney Quasny, owner, and Jim Erickson, partner, of PROSHRED® Chicago and winners of last years’ President’s Award are pushing PROSHRED® Chicago ahead across the system for various benchmarks. “This award is only going to drive us even harder for next year. We are very proud of our team and it took effort on everyone’s part to make it happen”, commented Quasny on their success.
PROSHRED® Chicago also won the 2012 “Outside Sales Consultant of the Year” award for Rick Hockinson. Erickson, who hired Hockinson, says that he’s “very proud of Rick. He’s the most dedicated sales person I have ever seen, if he did not close a sale in a certain day he would feel like the day just went to waste. We definitely attribute much of our scheduled revenue growth to Rick’s efforts and hope he has a bright future with the company”.
The 2012 “Sales & Office Coordinator of the Year” award went to Michelle Huckle of PROSHRED® Kansas & Missouri. Todd McCullough, the franchise owner and general manager, congratulated Huckle for the award saying “this was surely due to her outstanding office management and organizational skills. I mean the office couldn’t run without her. I’m very pleased that her efforts and hard work is recognized this way”.
The last and final award went to Marcus Black of PROSHRED® Charlotte for the 2012 “Customer Service Professional of the Year”. David Wright, owner of PROSHRED® Charlotte stated that “this was a well-deserved award for Marcus. He has been with the company since 2007. His customer service skills are nothing short of exceptional. We get compliments from clients on his courteousness and his efficiency almost on a daily basis. He’s always on time, complies with our corporate security regulations and actively promotes us in the field.”
Jeff Hasham, CEO of PROSHRED®, was handing out the awards and congratulating the winners. “We are proud of all of our franchise owners and employees across the system, without them PROSHRED® would not be where it is today. These awards are a token of our appreciation and admiration of them. With this kind of effort and talent, I am excited and enthusiastic about the future of PROSHRED® ”.
