Carrie Underwood has put another 40 dates onto her "Blown Away Tour" list in 2013. This popular tour will visit more than 100 cities by the time it finishes later in 2013. Hunter Hayes, who was Carrie Underwoods supporting act will continue on for the additional tour dates.
The beloved artist will donate $1.00 from each ticket sold on the tour to support Red Cross disaster relief. In the wake of Super storm Sandy the said donations will be put to good use to help those in need.
Tickets are expected to go on sale beginning on Friday, November 2nd. Carrie Underwood's shows have been described as being memorable experiences. She is one of the most popular and beloved country music artists of this decade. She has "girl next door" looks and a sweet and lovely personality which her fans are quite fond of.
She will be co-hosting the Annual CMA Awards with another popular country star Brad Paisley on November 1st. She has been nominated for the Best Female Vocalist of the Year award. The awards show will be broadcast on ABC at 8:00 p.m. eastern time on Wednesday night. Carrie has additionally been nominated for both Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Album - Country for the upcoming American Music Awards. This American Music Awards show airs on ABC on November 18th. Her "Blown Away" album debuted at the #1 slot on Billboard this past year.
