The Company, which provides ophthalmology therapeutics, diagnostics, and devices to practitioners, will utilize the system on the Apple® iPad® in support of a new U.S.-based commercial sales team focused on point-of-care sales.

The new solution will give the Company a single system for managing account and prescriber-level data, processing orders instantly on the iPad, checking inventory levels, tracking territory and account status, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering and tracking all communications through every stage of the sales cycle. The Company anticipates the system will help the U.S. sales team shorten sales cycles, increase revenue, and drive higher customer satisfaction levels.
