We made this blog series to educate managers on the structure and process needed to hire great salespeople.

Hireology CEO Adam Robinson will be featured in a four-part video blog series, “Fridays in the Lab.” The series will focus on the steps needed to interview, hire and retain a strong sales team.

“All managers have made at least one hiring mistake,” said Adam Robinson. “We made this blog series to educate managers on the structure and process needed to hire great salespeople.”

Episode one, released November 9th, featured Robinson’s experience hiring great sales talent. In this first four-minute video, he outlines the issues hiring manager’s face when selecting good talent.

The second episode was released November 16th, called “Hiring Salespeople: The Resume Review.” In this five-minute video, Robinson details the steps hiring managers should take when reviewing a sales candidates resume and determining whether to move ahead in the hiring process. Through a series of recommendations, Robinson gives advice from experience and offers insight on what to look for in a resume.

The series will continue on November 30th with part three and December 7th for part four. All videos will be available on the Hireology “Better Hiring Today Blog” (http://www.hireology.com/blog).
