The GIVC Awards and Sales and Marketing Forum were held October 31-November 3, 2012 at El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya, Mexico. In attendance for All Inclusive Outlet were President Tom Carr and Dianne Carr. Each year, Karisma Hotels and Resorts hosts their Gourmet Inclusive Vacation Consultants to honor them for their hard work and effort throughout the year. In addition, educational workshops were offered to help each GIVC improve sales and grow their business. Agents also tour Karisma hotels in the Riviera Maya area during their stay.
