Paula Kacsir has joined CHMB as Vice President, Client Services and will be responsible for the development of a team focused on quality, consistency and delivery of the highest quality client service nationwide. CHMB serves hundreds of health professionals across the United States with medical billing services, business analytic reporting and technology optimization services. Kacsir will provide strategic account oversight & analysis, advocacy, and consultative leadership. Kacsir will ensure that CHMB’s clients are in position to maximize efficiencies, reimbursement, and be prepared for the evolving government mandates.
Formerly Senior Director of Business Services for Scripps Medical Foundation; Kacsir brings broad experience in employed and affiliated physician’s accounts receivables management. Working collaboratively with leaders from across the organization; Kacsir’s responsibilities included billing for over 500 primary care and specialty physicians, two ambulatory surgical centers, diagnostic imaging centers, lab and urgent care facilities. Prior to working in Business Services at Scripps, Kacsir worked with Scripps Health Plan Services overseeing a variety of key departments responsible for administering managed care services.
