When you question your stressful thoughts, you come to see that everything that has been troubling you is just a misunderstanding.
Ojai, CA (PRWEB) November 27, 2012
Saturday, 15 December, from 2–5 p.m. PST marks the launch of a new website, Live with Byron Katie, with a live webcast of “At Home with Byron Katie from the Center for The Work.” This intimate gathering will give participants at the Center in Ojai a chance to interact directly with Katie by asking questions and doing The Work, while others watch via worldwide webcast.
This will be followed by a free, webcast-only event on Wednesday, 19 December, from 10–11 a.m. PST, where Katie will speak live with global video callers.
And on Saturday, 12 January, from 2–5 p.m. PST another “At Home with Byron Katie from the Center for The Work” will be available via live webcast.
The Work consists of four questions and a turnaround, which is a way of experiencing the opposite of what you believe. When a stressful thought is questioned, it is possible to see beyond it, to the intelligent choices that are available. Millions of people have found happiness by undoing their stressful thoughts through this process of self-inquiry, allowing the mind to return to its true, peaceful, creative nature.
