LUNAR Secures ISO 13485 Certification Building on a rich heritage of design excellence

LUNAR also announces their recent ISO 13485 certification through the Doug Hiemstra hiQual approach and process, developed to reduce time-to-market for clients requiring QSR compliance.

Hiemstra Product Development has been a recognized leader for driving growth in international medical device markets through design and innovation for clients Abbott, Siemens, Boston Scientific, among other leading medical device companies. Hiemstra Product Development produced stand-out usability, industrial design and rapid commercialization of successful hand held interventional devices. Hiemstra’s expertise spans developing interventional, therapeutic and minimally invasive devices in a wide variety of clinical applications, including cardiac surgery, cardiology, vascular, women’s health, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics and drug delivery.
