NCP are set to leave their Croydon offices in a move to centralise all functions in London and Manchester.

The move into two central hubs will bring all departments closer together, improving efficiency and ultimately resulting in even better customer service and satisfaction.

As the UK’s most renowned car park operator NCP has offered convenient, cost effective parking solutions since 1931. Currently their Head Offices are based in Croydon within the iconic Whitgift Shopping Centre, London, and in Manchester they are loacted in the Arndale Shopping Centre.

The move into two central hubs will bring all departments closer together, improving efficiency and ultimately resulting in even better city centre parking, customer service and satisfaction. Departments such as operations, marketing, finance, human resources, sales, property, technology and systems, will all be located in the new London offices. Being based near Farringdon means that NCP can take full advantage for the excellent transport links and they’ll be better able to support some of their key partnerships. The central Manchester office will be operated in a similar fashion and will allow staff to deal with relevant issues including customer enquiries.

Matt Thornett Product Manager at NCP commented on the upcoming relocation, "we’ve always strived to bring the best possible service to our customers, this is a fundamental factor in our founding’s alongside providing cost effective parking solutions. We feel that having all of our dedicated staff in two central hubs in Manchester and London will bring the best service and quality. We hope that creativity, customer service and advice will excel in our new exciting locations."

NCP believe in providing the best for their employees and consider the move to be a step in the right direction to achieve this. By improving facilities and investing in hubs in Manchester and London not only can NCP provide a better service for customers, but they can also provide a pleasant working environment for staff resulting in high morale and motivational levels, making staff want to do the best they can.
