Lorna Kleidman Reacts to a Recent Article on SparkPeople.com about Working out with Kettlebells

An article on SparkPeople.com gave readers some important advice on working out with kettlebells. Lorna Kleidman issued a statement in reaction to the article.

On November 29, Lorna Kleidman, a kettlebells fitness trainer, comments on an article published by SparkPeopole.com regarding the positive benefits of kettlebell workouts.

Although they have been around for a few hundred years, kettlebell exercises have only recently gained popularity in the United States. According to a recent article on SparkePeople.com, this rise in popularity is due to the fact that kettlebells are a simple and effective way to stay in shape. “Because kettlebell lifts are more subtle than traditional weight training exercises, it takes coordination and kinesthetic (body) awareness to perfect the exercises.
