Each year for the past 15 years, The H Agency has created a themed branding campaign for client, Corporate Realty, which includes a Christmas gift followed by a 12 month direct mail campaign to over 1,500 clients and prospective clients highlighting the company’s completed real estate transactions for the prior month, and including a beautifully photographed and designed recipe card with recipes from selected restaurants in a city world-renowned for its good food. The campaign creative involves real estate (which is their business) and food (which is their passion). Past themes have included “Louisiana Made”, “The Land of Cocktails”, “the Taste of Success” and “Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans?”. The 2011 campaign, “Takin’ It To the Streets” focused on the food fare offered by the best food trucks in the greater New Orleans area.
This successful series of campaigns emphasizes the importance of sharing business successes with prospective clients and an innovative plan for staying top of mind with current clients throughout the year.
