iCRco, producer of digital X-ray CR and DR imaging modalities, has provided its V-Motion Digital Portable X-Ray Upgrade solution to large and busy hospitals around the world. The V-Motion solution is based on the rugged VertX digital X-ray imaging system, the one solution designed specifically for the US military. Recent V-Motion installations include University of Pennsylvania Hospital, in Philadelphia, U.S.A, Ruijing Hospital in Shanghai, China, and Mafrag Hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. These hospitals represent diverse and demanding clinical imaging environments where high imaging volume, excellent image quality, and high reliability and ruggedness are the mandates.  In addition to meeting these distinct requirements, these and other hospitals have selected the iCRco Vmotion Digital Portable Upgrade solution because of its attractive initial cost along with a low Total Cost of Ownership, low maintenance, ruggedness and ease of use.

The iCRco digital upgrade kit for portable x-ray machines is based on the company’s VertX CR imaging system which has been selected and deployed by the U.S. military in hundreds of military medical facilities around the globe. The upgrade system includes DICOM acquisition and communication software along with a large touch screen monitor, for ease and quality of viewing, and a wireless network transmission protocol to connect with hospital PACS and RIS systems. At the annual conference and exhibition of Radiological Society of North America, which will take place between November 24th through 29th in Chicago, iCRco will highlight its V-Motion Digital Portable X-Ray Upgrade solution, along with its other digital X-ray imaging systems and solutions.
