The article mentions foods such as delicious pizzas being offered in the vegetarian variety. According to David Clarke, new owner of 214 Talbot, “In our Wild Mushroom Pizza, we use oyster mushrooms, shiitakes, portobellos and smoked gouda. We finish it with arugula. It has been very well-received.”
