I witness many people today that feel ‘stuck’ and need help getting out of a rut,” Lynn says. “I wish to inspire them with positive thoughts and insight, so they too can choose happiness.

Successful business woman Terri Lynn has found the key to mastering the pain of loss and regaining happiness: her inner power.

To encourage others to take control of their own happiness, Lynn shows how positive thoughts create positive results, making it possible to overcome any obstacle in her new book, “Journey to my Soul: Following Divine Navigation.”

When the consequences of her divorce 35 years ago led to living on welfare and other shattered dreams, Lynn made a conscious decision to be happy, no matter what. Her intentional happiness soon brought positivity back into her life, including moving into a sales management position in the automotive industry.

“Only by living and walking through the pain while choosing to be happy was I able to get to the positive side of pain,” Lynn says. “Being happy and feeling good is so important, no matter what you are dealing with.”

“Journey to my Soul” covers topics like: What you think matters; gratitude is the great multiplier; how to get into a positive state of mind; how to discover the power within; and what we think about we bring about.

Through the book Lynn has one ultimate goal: To help others discover the importance of happiness and the power in feeling good.

“I witness many people today that feel ‘stuck’ and need help getting out of a rut,” Lynn says. “I wish to inspire them with positive thoughts and insight, so they too can choose happiness.”
