Pareto Ranked in Recruiter Hot 100 for 2012

Pareto continues to invest in the expansion of our sales recruitment and sales training teams, providing UK business with the sales leaders of the future.

Sales recruitment specialists Pareto celebrate their second consecutive year as an industry leader in the recruitment sector, ranking 86th in the Recruiter Hot 100 publication, released by the UK’s principal recruitment profession magazine and sponsored by recruitment software provider, Microdec.

The recruitment industry is widely regarded as one of the survivors of the UK economic crunch, forming an essential part of the solution towards growth and prosperity in the UK. This 7th publication of the Recruiter Hot 100 portrays the steady recovery and continued growth of the industry, with a broad return to pre-credit crunch figures in spite of differing growth strategies that focus upon efficiency and low-cost delivery, striving towards a low-risk approach to expansion in a still-turbulent marketplace.

As a specialist sales recruitment provider, Pareto enjoys success as a skill-based organisation within a tailored segment of the recruitment market. Review of the Hot 100 identifies general and office recruiters as the main casualties of 2012, as the UK takes steps towards a more productive and knowledge-based economy, focusing upon skill-based recruitment. The Office for National Statistics reports sales turnover growth of 13.9% for the calendar year of 2011 within the recruitment industry, a trend set to continue as the Hot 100 group sales report a 12% rise for the 2012 period. Across the Hot 100 group, 77% were also reported to have expanded their workforce, demonstrating investment occurring across the industry.

“We are delighted to see this recognition of Pareto’s continued success within the recruitment industry, a fitting testament to the organisation as a whole as we continue to invest and expand,” comments Pareto Marketing Director, Paul Drew.

“As UK business strives towards recovery and growth in the wake of the credit crunch, the development of market-leading sales teams has become central to business strategy. By providing the very best in UK graduate and executive sales talent, we have worked in partnership with our clients to drive sales success and business growth. Pareto continues to invest in the expansion of our sales recruitment and sales training teams, providing UK business with the sales leaders of the future.”

The Recruiter Hot 100, released November 2012, compiles data from across the 2011 and 2012 account of recruitment organisations, filtering by turnover and employee numbers to assign ranking. The full report can be accessed through the Recruiter website.
