The LinkedIn integration is the most recent enhancement to Batchbook, a cloud-based small business CRM software that is designed to help organizations build stronger relationships with customers in a more efficient way. Batchbook users are able to search their LinkedIn network of connections for recent status updates, job titles and many more valuable bits of information. If they are not connected via LinkedIn, they can send an invitation to connect right from the Batchbook contact detail page. All LinkedIn data shared in Batchbook is mindful and respectful of the privacy settings that LinkedIn users have set.
