Sound Telecom, a leading nationwide provider of telephone answering, call center and cloud-based communication services, today announced the appointment of Patrick Douglas as Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist.

“We are very excited to have Patrick Douglas join our accounting team in Seattle, Washington,” said Sydney Morgan Diamond, Sound Telecom’s CFO. “Patrick’s professionalism and good humor is appreciated by his colleagues, and our customers coast to coast.” As A/R Billing Specialist, Patrick is a main point of contact to our customers’ billing inquiries. He helps ensure that their invoices are timely, accurate, and easy to understand. He processes contracts for Sound Telecom’s newest customers and handles changes for the company’s existing customers. Patrick works closely with the company’s credit manager to ensure clients understand their invoices and the terms and conditions of their contracts.

Patrick’s background includes specialized experience in HIPAA-compliant billing and processing of medical and legal documents and over ten years of customer service experience. Patrick received his Bachelor of Music degree from Cornish College of the Arts and is in the process of completing a second degree in Accounting through Central Washington University. In addition to his interests in music and accounting, Patrick and his fiancée are committed to leading healthy, active lifestyles; they regularly participate in community walks in the Seattle area in support of cancer research.
