Miss Polly helps children laugh, listen, and learn about Jesus Christ.
Morgantown, WV (PRWEB) November 28, 2012
Of all the challenges parents and educators face in teaching children the gospel, perhaps the most difficult is getting them to stay still and listen. This problem is solved once and for all by the humorous and engaging stories in Children’s Sermons with Humor, by longtime Sunday school teacher Mary Phillips.
Employing the hilarious anecdotes of the lovable Miss Polly, Children’s Sermons with Humor teaches young people Biblical principles in an entirely new and unique way. Young readers are sure to be delighted by Miss Polly’s comical storytelling while fully engaging in the Christian lessons she imparts.
“I created Miss Polly because children today love to entertained,” says Phillips, who has delivered the children’s sermons at her Church for over twenty years. “When they are conveyed God’s message in a comical manner, they sit still, they listen – and they learn.”
By pairing humor with the timeless messages of the gospel, Bible teachers, parents and church administrators can learn how to keep young audiences engaged and in tune with Jesus Christ.
