David Chamberlain has joined Qualis Health as Chief Information Officer. Chamberlain brings over 20 years of experience to the role, having led information technology enterprises for companies including the Cardiac Science and Criticare Systems, Walt Disney Internet Group and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
