Cybergistics LLC announced today that business and finance veteran Larry Bell has joined the company as head of business development. Cybergistics is a full-service information management company providing a full suite of document storage and imaging, medical coding, and health information management (HIM) services. Witherspoon Partners recently announced it had acquired a majority equity position in the company.
Bell has over thirty years of experience managing and building businesses both in construction/real estate and on Wall Street. He has served as president of Locust Lane Corp., a Pennsylvania-based real estate firm; managed institutional futures and fixed income sales and trading businesses for MPM, Lehman Brothers and Paine Webber; and managed a $150 million portfolio with Soros Fund Management. Bell was most recently a proprietary trader at Deutsche Bank and director of Newedge Securities.
“We are very pleased to have Larry spearhead our sales and business development as we enter an aggressive growth stage,” said Donna Pizzulli, chief operating officer of Cybergistics. “Larry will play a vital role in our expansion, particularly as we gain new clients for our specialized storage and imaging solutions.”
Cybergistics has long provided document storage and imaging services to health industry clients and has expanded its focus to other sectors, including law and accounting firms in the greater New Jersey region.
