This crucial milestone assures Desktop Alert USAF clientele, as well as prospective customers that our approved, affordable and reliable company products and services will continue to be available on the USAF approved product list (APL) for two more years," said Howard Ryan, Founder Desktop Alert Inc.
Desktop Alert is the predominate and leading provider of IP-based mass notification systems, products and services to the U.S. Army worldwide. While a newly emerging alternative to the U.S. Air Force, Desktop Alert is gaining significant adoption at iconic USAF locations worldwide including the USAF Space Command located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The company also maintains the current IP-based enterprise level mass notification contract and requirements for the National Guard and Air National Guard (nationwide emergency alerting).
"More than anything else we have accomplished as a company is the resounding response from our customer base in the form of past performance reports. These reports are not easily attained. Our past performance reports are a compilation of system accolades under duress, customer service and dedication that in most cases exceeds five years," Ryan added.
