Pravassa, a NYC-based wellness and healthy travel company, has just announced its 2013 roster of trips for those seeking a holistic wellness holiday with zero hassle. This year’s lineup of trips is the most unique and exciting group of offerings to-date, providing a large variety of trips to appeal to different travelers needs and desires. Whether guests are seeking a long-haul, exotic destination or a three-day weekend jaunt, Pravassa can provide services that include walking clients through each aspect of choosing the right vacation and accompanying them on the ground for a full-service vacation experience. When planning an itinerary Pravassa’s founder, Linden Schaffer, a certified Wellness Expert, considers each aspect of the trip with careful consideration and an eye towards its guests’ ultimate comfort and satisfaction. For 2013, Pravassa has lined up the best group of wellness vacation options out there – from Turkey to Argentina to Hawaii and much more. All trips are inclusive of accommodations, wellness activities, cultural tours and taxes. Pravassa aims to keep trip prices affordable, ranging from $1,300 - $4,300, depending on the package. Travelers interested in practicing Iyengar yoga and meditation can join Nikki Costello in Bali from February 26 – March 7, 2012. Guests will spend 10-days in absolutely luxury in the jungles of Gianyar at a 4-star resort with stand-alone villas and private balconies overlooking the jungle. Return refreshed after nourishing the body with local organic meals, guided meditation, yoga sessions silent reflections, feeding the soul in the famous Balinese temples and receiving wisdom from the island of the gods.

For a true spiritual experience join Pravassa for An Artful New Year’s in Bali, March 10-17. Yoga instructor Claudia Whitney welcomes guests for a week in Ubud, Bali for an expression of yoga and art all influenced by the captivating essence of hindu dharma. Celebrate Balinese New Year with a day of silence and meditation to mark the New Year after an evening of village ceremonies, parades through town and the ritualistic burning of the Ogoh-Ogoh's (papier-mâché demons created to draw out the evils spirits). Highlights include joining the local village to celebrate and purge the island of any evil spirits, a meditative silence to reflect on life and a painting workshop led by British ex-pat and local artist, Bruce Sherrat.

Head to the Big Island from April 4-14 as Pravassa and yoga instructor Julie Dohrman host a 10-day yoga intensive wellness vacation in Hawaii which is a journey of discovery to the sacred within. This is a time-honored remedy for the winter wellness slump. This holiday features a healthy dose of dedicated spirituality, yoga and movement to revitalize the body. Highlights include watching the Kilauea Volcano spill red-hot lava into the ocean floor, watching the Hawaiian culture with the largest hula festival in the world and taking hula classes.

Ignite passion when joining Pravassa in Buenos Aires, Argentina from April 20-27. Anaïs Haven and Amalia May will teach the art of Argentine Tango embraced by the flow of Yoga. This trip is perfect for either the complete beginner or an experienced dancer. The yoga sessions will increase body awareness, which is essential for the dance workshops with Tango masters. Other aspects include exploring the hip neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, enjoying Argentine coffee in the local café and taking in the sites at MALBA, the city's modern museum. Plan to go on a shopping spree as you run from boutique to boutique.

Enjoy Mother/Daughter time with Pravassa’s rejuvenating Palm Springs Mother’s Day Weekend Getaway, May 10-12. This mother/daughter weekend includes family time in the beautiful relaxed desert atmosphere, where nature and fresh air rejuvenate one’s soul. Enjoy fitness classes, a massage, guided meditation sessions, a local organic welcome meal and more.

Pravassa and Will Duprey Yoga invite you to spend 10-days in exotic Turkey, a land rich in history, religion and culture. From August 30 – September 9, guests will be immersed in the Ottoman empire and fabled Constantinople, become captivated by the energy of Istanbul, explore the Roman ruins in Fethiye and hike the Lycian way. This time together will be used to meditate, contemplate and move toward your center.

Experience Thai Buddhist culture as Pravassa and yoga instructor, Liza Laird lead a 10-day trip to Southeast Asia, November 14 - 23, 2013.
