During the two-year program, the trainees are immersed in various departments of the company. What is unique is that participants are taken through the entire process of photo-realistic 3D visualization, from preparing the CAD data through to creating CGI content for print brochures, animations and online product configurators. There are further stages in the areas project management and consulting. In this trainee program, RTT is putting particular emphasis on a several month placement in one of the company’s international offices. The declared goal is to train CGI-experts and to offer them a permanent position once they have successfully completed the program.
