Resultly continues to push its real-time interest following platform to new grounds with its introduction of an application for smartphones that allows users to follow virtually any content on the internet via their iPhone. (Now available in the iTunes App Store) Previously, users would waste much of their valuable time surfing endless amounts of websites to keep up with the ever-changing world of information.
Resultly solves this problem by allowing users to follow their interests from all across the web as information is created or changed. Resultly calls this delivery “Streaming Results”.
Users are able to utilize this free service to input their interests and associated parameters and begin receiving real-time notifications via the Resultly website, email, and now the Resultly iPhone Application.
Resultly is still in its beta stage, but already supports the ability to follow: Products, Airfare, Jobs, News, Social Feeds, Daily Deals, Stock Quotes, and more. Users are able to set unique parameters by category allowing them to be notified once products reach a certain price point, or once a certain job in a certain area is posted online.
Additionally, Resultly’s social features allow users to receive updates from their own social graph via Facebook and Twitter on any one of their interests. Users can say they are interested in ‘baby pictures’ and be notified the second that one of their friends happens to post a new baby picture on Facebook.
With the launch of the iPhone application, Resultly is now a real-time mobile platform. The Resultly application allows users to receive up to the minute push notifications anywhere they are as content is created or updated around the interests they have added to Resultly.
Literally 100% of internet users have preformed the same exact internet search multiple times to check for information that may of changed since their last search. For example, if Susan is looking for a particular flight, she may resubmit the same search on one site or multiple sites, over and over. She does this to check and see if the results or prices have changed that hour, day or week. Resultly saves people time from having to perform these repetitive searches. Such convenience is a priceless tool.
