Trinity Steel Fabricators, Inc. announced today that it acquired Triton Vessel Manufacture of Houston, Texas, an ASME pressure vessel fabrication business. The purchase expands Trinity Steel's service offering to now include vessel fabrication. The new division will produce pressure vessels, separators, reactors, columns and towers for the upstream and downstream oil & gas and chemical industries.

“The success of Trinity Steel revolves around operational excellence in metal fabrication. With the acquisition of Triton Vessel Manufacture, we can now offer the fabrication of vessels at Trinity process standards to our customers,” said Bill Moran, CEO of Trinity Steel Fabricators.
