Greenbaum Marketing Communications has launched an entirely new online presence for global cleaning and restoration services provider Steamatic. The new consumer and franchise development sites are producing significant increases in both consumer leads and qualified franchise prospects. Steamatic reports that since going ‘live’ with the new websites, consumer leads are up nearly 500% and franchise sales leads are seeing a sevenfold surge.

The iconic 34-year old cleaning and restoration services brand contracted with Greenbaum last spring to modernize its branding and marketing efforts. The multi-phase project included a new corporate consumer web presence, a new franchise recruitment website and local franchise micro-sites.

The Greenbaum interactive team developed a fresh Steamatic corporate website to reintroduce the venerable brand to consumers and communicate the company’s leadership position in the carpet cleaning and restoration industries. Dozens of new capabilities and service areas were highlighted and optimized for lead conversion.

On the franchise recruitment site, Greenbaum created a user experience providing visitors with information and inspiration to become qualified prospects. This conversion driven site has contributed to dozens of new leads to date on purely organic results thus far. Greenbaum’s SEO optimization program is set to kick in within the coming weeks and is expected to drive traffic exponentially.

In addition to this main franchise site, Greenbaum was also tasked to develop micro-sites to be employed by individual franchisees system-wide to increase visibility and lead-conversion rates on a local level. All sites feature a state-of-the-art Content Management System (CMS), making them flexible for 24/7 content updates.
