Temple, Texas (PRWEB) November 30, 2012
Lennar Corporation, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, is establishing a new division in Central Texas, which will serve the cities of Temple and Killeen. This new division will debut its first community, Liberty Hill in Temple, in December.
Lennar will be building on the last set of developed homesites in the popular and well-known community of Liberty Hill, according to Division President David Davee, who has been actively involved in the Central Texas residential real estate industry for many years. “This is simply a great area. It’s located just three miles off I-35 inside the inner loop and it’s already an established, family-friendly neighborhood,” said Davee.
Offering the company’s “Everything’s Included Homes”, Lennar will feature the Brookstone Collection in Liberty Hill. With prices starting from the $140,000s, homes in the Brookstone series range in size from 1550 to 2731 square feet. The collection includes three one-story and three two-story plans.
Outstanding features in this series include covered back patios, granite countertops with tile backsplash in the kitchen, 2” faux wood blinds on all operable windows, Santa Fe two-panel arch top interior doors, and a wide range of energy saving technology, insulation, and construction features. “Homebuyers will find that with Lennar, thousands of dollars in extras are simply included, offering great value and the latest in luxury, technology and efficiency,” said Davee.
A furnished model home is now under construction and will be open daily in Liberty Hill. Scheduled for a mid-December grand opening, the model home will be the Travertine plan. This one-story plan has four bedrooms, 2 baths, a study/dining room, kitchen with nook area, and a large family room which opens to the back covered patio. The master suite includes a large master bath with dual vanities, garden tub with tile surround, separate shower, and oversized walk-in closet.
Located at Hwy. 53 and Twin Oaks Drive, Liberty Hill residents enjoy quick access to outstanding shopping, recreation, and work centers. Target, Sam’s Club and H-E-B are all close to home here, as well as a wide variety of locally-owned stores and boutiques. The community is located just minutes from the Scott and White Healthcare West Campus and Continuing Care Hospital. Liberty Hill is situated near Lake Polk, Belton Lake, and Stillhouse Hollow Lake, which all offer a wide variety of recreational opportunities for local residents.
Children living in Liberty Hill attend Temple schools including Western Hills Elementary, Lamar Middle, and Temple High School. For continuing education, the community is located just 15 minutes from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor campus.
Lennar will be adding a second Central Texas area community when they break ground in Killeen. A model home will start in Bunny Trail Estates in December and the community will be open for sales in early 2013.
The company plans to eventually expand the Central Texas division to eight to ten communities over the next year.
