The CRM Whiteboard video guides cover a range of CRM topics such as how a firm should prepare to implement CRM, CRM strategy, how to select CRM software, and what CRM can do for a company and its staff. The videos are intended to act as an impartial introduction to some of the complex topics that are associated with a successful CRM implementation. Free from product-specific information, the CRM Whiteboard videos enable viewers to reach their own conclusions about each topic, without their opinion being guided by a sales process.
