Fifteen Digital wins national hospitality contract

Web marketing and design firm Fifteen Digital has landed a major contract to help boost the online presence of a national hotelier.

The Darlington firm, which also has an office in Stoke-on-Trent, has been enlisted by hotel operator QMH Group to manage the company’s entire social media strategy across its portfolio of hotels.

QMH operates a network of 18 hotels across the country, which includes 12 Holiday Inns, three Crowne Plazas and three Best Western hotels and stretches from Scotland down to southern England.

Fifteen Digital’s 12-month contract involves managing and developing the Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for 17 of the hotels, as well as responding to comments on influential review site Trip Advisor.

The contract comes on the back of a three-month social engagement campaign carried out by Fifteen Digital on three of QMH’s hotels, during which The Crowne Plaza Chester Hotel enjoyed particularly positive results.

John Borthwick, managing director of Fifteen Digital, said: “It's really exciting to be working on social media campaigns for QMH Group. All of the hotels are great to work with and we've helped to achieve some positive results from our online activities so far. We hope to continue working with the group for the foreseeable future.”
