When the thoughts that create stress aren't believed, what remains is peace, regardless of how stressful a situation may seem.

It often seems as though stress is an inevitable or even inescapable part of life, but the new book “A Guide to The Present Moment” has proven that anyone can experience peace in the same situations that once seemed to create stress by exposing the secrets for how to relieve stress.
Certain situations seem to inevitably create stress. But, if a specific situation directly created stress, then everyone in that situation would have to experience the same stress. Yet, in life, there are always some people who are happy in the same situations that seem to create stress for others. So why are some people happy despite being in the same stressful situations? It is simply because stress is created by thoughts and not by situations themselves.
What’s even more shocking is that if the thoughts that create stress aren’t believed, they stop creating stress. If someone approaches a random mother in the street and says, “The world is going to end tomorrow”, and the mother believes them, how would this mother feel? She would likely experience fear or anxiety. But if this mother didn’t believe them at all, then how would their comment make her feel? She almost certainly wouldn’t be emotionally affected.
This scenario demonstrates that when a person believes someone else’s words to be true, they create emotions. But if a person doesn’t believe someone else’s words, those same words don’t have the power to create emotions.
The same is true of the words (thoughts) in each person’s mind. If someone believes a negative thought about their life, that thought will create their stress. However, if they don’t believe that thought, it quite simply won’t create the stress. That means that it’s not necessary to change situations in order to be happy. All that’s required to experience a stress-free life is to simply stop believing the thoughts that create stress.
“A Guide to The Present Moment” can help anyone to immediately experience more peace in life by providing a 5-step process for how to identify and stop believing the thoughts that create everyone’s stress.
