Now in its 37th year and open only to NKBA members, the NKBA Design Competition recognizes the talent of kitchen and bathroom designers to plan safe, functional, and personalized spaces that incorporate imaginative design statements and aesthetically pleasing solutions. A panel of NKBA certified designers judged each project based on visual appeal, creativity, elements and principles of design, presentation, and safety and ergonomics, using the NKBA Kitchen and Bath Planning Guidelines.

Gateway Kitchen & Bath were awarded Honourable Mentions in several categories, including ‘Other Rooms’ and ‘Medium Kitchens’ in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Winners receive peer recognition and valuable publicity opportunities. Gateway Kitchen & Bath is no stranger to awards, their design team has won recognition from the Kitchen & Bath Renovation Show, Forx Builder Builders Association and the Red River Valley Home & Garden Show. Gateway Kitchen & Bath will celebrate their 30th anniversary in 2013, and hopes to add more accolades to their collection.
