Receiving this type of training has only been available to those who attended the Escola or La Masia in Barcelona. We are now offering this training here in the U.S.
Los Angeles CA (PRWEB) November 30, 2012
Less than 24 hours after FC Barcelona announced its 2013 Camp Dates in six cities of Los Angeles, San Jose, Portland, Seattle, New York and San Antonio, the club has made available a limited number of slots to few average and above average young soccer players to receive training exclusively by FC Barcelona Escola and FC Barcelona Academy (La Masia) coaches.
This new program is offered to only 45 players in each city. Players will be divided into groups of 15 according to their age. Each group will be coached by one of FC Barcelona Escola or FC Barcelona (La Masia) Coaches.
"Receiving this type of training has only been available to those who attended the Escola or La Masia in Barcelona. We are now offering this training here in the U.S." Said Frank Bagheri, AASEI's president. He continued, "During my recent visit to Camp Nou, La Masia and the Escola, I realized that our young soccer players can greatly benefit from the Elite Training."
With the FC Barcelona Elite Soccer Camps, soccer camps in six U.S. cities will be transformed into FCB Escola training grounds.
The training methods of FC Barcelona Camps are derived directly from FCB Escola, the official football school of FC Barcelona. This is the trademark after school intensive training program that trains the players year round, three times a week. It caters specifically to players aged 6-14 in Barcelona, prepares them for the rigors of professional soccer and is a major feeder school to the club’s world class academy, La Masia. This residential youth academy has produced superstars such as Lionel Messi, Cesc Fabregas, Xavi Hernandez, Gerard Pique, Victor Valdes, Carlos Puyol and Andres Iniesta, to name a few. In a recent match, all 11 starting players were all La Masia products.
FC Barcelona’s claim to fame is their unique training style and with their end of game possession stats that are nearly unbeatable, it is hard to argue that a better style of play is yet to be discovered. In association with FC Barcelona, AASEI has been expanding these methods throughout the U.S. and is doing so with as much passion and vigor as FC Barcelona has done throughout the world with locations in India, Singapore, South Korea, England, El Salvador, Brazil, Argentina and Slovenia.
