Denver, Colo. (PRWEB) November 30, 2012
TUFF SHED, Inc., America’s leading supplier of storage buildings and garages, has been awarded a contract with the United States General Service Administration (GSA), significantly improving TUFF SHED’s ability to provide its goods and services to a variety of government entities.
TUFF SHED has sold buildings to government customers in the past, but having a GSA contract will allow the 31-year-old Denver-based company access to additional customers and project bids. In the two months since the contract was officially awarded on Oct. 1, TUFF SHED already has several pending projects.
The GSA contract denotes TUFF SHED as an authorized supplier in the category of Pre-Engineered/Prefabricated Buildings and Structures. TUFF SHED is one of only ten approved suppliers in that category. It is one of the few companies providing products that are custom designed, custom engineered and custom built.
"We put a lot of time and effort into getting our GSA contract, and overall it's a big accomplishment for TUFF SHED,” says TUFF SHED’s GSA Administrator Adam Cooney. “We’re excited for the opportunity to be able to service a new set of customers."
Founded in 1981, TUFF SHED is based in Denver, Colorado, and has 42 company-owned manufacturing facilities and roughly 700 employees providing local service to customers around the country.
