Einstein Structured Settlements was aiming for a first in the industry, and they have achieved it with the announcement of the new Sweepstakes

Einstein Structured Settlements has announced a new Sweepstakes that it is launching. People that close a deal with Einstein between December 1, 2012 through February 1, 2012, will be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize is having their rent or mortgage paid, up to $600.00 per month, for two months. This is a first in the structured settlement industry.

Einstein Structured Settlements turns structured settlements, annuities or lottery payments into instant cash. The company reports that they have a staff of experts in this area, and have the know-how to expedite cases for fast lump sum payments. This Reporter has learned that many people that receive structured settlements are really not familiar with the terms, and are often surprised by the limitations.

While it is nice to receive a steady flow of payments due to a settlement, the ability to enjoy the benefits of a large lump sum of cash is absent. This means that while a person may have a settlement, they can’t take advantage of situations that may arise. It could be an opportunity to invest in a business, buy that new exotic car they’ve always wanted, or even buy get their start investing in real estate. Sometimes a large sum of cash is needed for a medical emergency, or even a weather related catastrophe.

An Einstein consultant explains it this way: “The problem with structured settlements is their lack of flexibility. A structured settlement is not like a bank account, you cannot take out extra funds in an emergency, nor can you cash out if you decide you don’t want to continue the agreement”. He goes on to say: “Very often, people have gone through a tragedy, like the loss of a loved one, and are not 100% focused on what they are getting themselves into”.

Einstein reports that they have the ability to make quick offers on deals, and the client is under no obligation to accept anything. Einstein’s consultants will guide potential clients through every step of the procedure, and they explain everything so that it is fully understood. In the United States, the majority of personal injury cases are settled out of court through the use of structured settlements. The firm reports that people want their money now, not in the future.
