D.R. Horton has initiated construction on its next model home in Chiasso, a distinctive village of single-family residences located within the Fiddler’s Creek luxury, master-planned community.
The Washington will serve as D.R. Horton’s new fully furnished model following the sale of the builder’s first model in Chiasso. Designed by One of a Kind Design Inc., the model features many upgrades to showcase the level of options currently available in the Chiasso series, including an optional outdoor winter kitchen and optional pool and spa with direct views of a tranquil lake.
The Washington encompasses 2,788 square feet of living space. The residence will feature three bedrooms, a den, and three and a half baths located just steps off of a spacious great room.
