This program will cover 3,600 employees that have been significantly affected by Hurricane Sandy. This complimentary access is provided in conjunction with HRAnswerLink, a vendor partner of Balance Point Payroll. HRAnswerLink is located in California, but was anxious to be a part of Balance Point’s action to assist those affected by Sandy.
Through the EAP, employees and their immediate families will have access to professional advice, support, and other practical solutions intended to help deal with problems that might adversely affect work performance, health and well-being.
