Three new clients have chosen to implement COMPLEAT, the mid-office automation solution from GDSX. In addition, GDSX has welcomed Kathy Burns and Tom Wilkinson to its management team.
Much of the recent growth can be attributed to the addition of Kathy Burns as the new Director of Sales for GDSX last March. GDSX CEO, Cindy Allen says, “We are thrilled to have Kathy as the leader of our sales team. Her knowledge of agency operations and enthusiasm for helping TMCs grow their business and overcome their pain points is apparent in her sales process. To accommodate this rapid growth, GDSX also welcomed Tom Wilkinson to the team as Vice President in August. Tom brings with him over 25 years of experience in the corporate travel industry. Allen says, “Tom has not only been vital to our growth by helping with strategic focus and product management, but has also been instrumental in reengineering internal processes as we mature our legal and financial administration.”
In an effort to facilitate the growing team GDSX expanded their office space, increasing total square footage by 40%. The new addition includes adding several larger meeting spaces, including a new training facility to accommodate the new business, specialized training, and free quarterly client training. Allen says, “We built the new space with our team members and clients in mind. We want to provide an environment for our teams that encourages collaboration and learning, while also providing a comfortable training facility to accommodate the overwhelming response to our free training offered quarterly to our clients. This new space accomplishes both.”
