(PRWEB UK) 5 December 2012
Several key staff appointments have been made at Wakefield-based fabricator Conservatory Outlet; specialists in uPVC conservatories,bi-folding doors and double glazing, as it looks to further improve the quality and efficiency of its customer service moving into the New Year.
Ryan Bower, an experienced conservatory processor, has recently returned to the Estimating and Processing Department from Customer Services where he will assist with conservatory quotes and orders.
The vacancy left in Customer Services will be assumed by Jemma Walton who previously thrived in the role of Customer Services Assistant, with the department being overseen by Operations Director Michael Giscombe.
A brand new member of staff has also been welcomed to the fold in the form of recent graduate John Milburn; one of several graduates to have joined the firm in recent years, as a result of Conservatory Outlet’s on-going commitment to recruit young and qualified talent.
John has begun undertaking his duties which will include assisting with window quotes and order processing and is already proving to be a very valuable member of the team. The Directors of Conservatory Outlet are in no doubt that John’s responsibilities will widen as he develops in the business.
Elsewhere, Conservatory Outlet has also assisted its dealers in their recruitment of retail sales representatives recently as many of them are in need of extra manpower since joining the Conservatory Outlet Network and experiencing a significant increase in online enquires.
