Business Leaders to Offer Strategic Direction on Growth and Market Expansion Plans


The new 360 Vantage Board will be a key driver in helping us advance our growth and expansion efforts.

360 Vantage®, a leader in cloud-based sales and marketing technology solutions, announced today the creation of an official Advisory Board and the appointment of its members.

Following record growth, as well as staff and office expansions earlier this year, the 360 Vantage executive team has appointed Jim Hayden, Brad Tritle, Jim Jacobs, Dr. Larry Edward Penley and Susan McGarity to serve on the newly formed Board of Directors. These Board members will work closely together and with the executive team to continue developing the strategic direction of the company as well as key expansion efforts.

Jim Hayden brings 360 Vantage more than twenty years of experience serving as a healthcare industry veteran in management, executive leadership and advisory roles for hospitals and healthcare-related organizations. Hayden has played key roles in executive leadership with Southwest Ambulance and Rural/Metro Corporation. Currently, he is Founder and CEO of Board Developer Inc., which focuses on assisting organizations with board selection and development. In addition, he has served as a Board member with Dignity Health, Boys and Girls Clubs of the East Valley, AT Still University and Catholic Charities.

With his extensive international experience, Dr. Larry Edward Penley will provide 360 Vantage with valuable insight as they continue to expand their global operations. Dr. Penley currently serves as President and Chief Academic Officer of Thunderbird School of Global Management. His distinguished career in higher education has included assignments as president of Colorado State University, dean of the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and chairman of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). In addition, he has guided corporate clients as a consultant in China, India, Europe and the United States. As a UCLA-certified corporate director registered with NASDAQ, Dr. Penley has served on corporate boards for organizations such as Adaptive Curriculum, AfterCollege and Wells Fargo Credit Card Company.

Brad Tritle provides an extensive background in developing and initiating healthcare technology initiatives. Tritle currently serves as Director of Healthcare Business Development at Informative Graphics and is Principal of Health-e Republic consulting firm. He has also launched and served as President and CEO of eHealth Trust Arizona, and was Executive Director of Arizona Health-e Connection. Tritle is a recognized speaker and national consultant for health information technology, health information exchange and personal health records. He currently chairs both the HIMSS Social Media Task Force and the Health Record Banking Alliance Business Model Committee.

Jim Jacobs will assist the 360 Vantage executive team in driving its growth and expansion efforts. Jacobs currently serves as Managing Director of West Desert Partners and is a member of Arizona Commerce Authority’s Venture Ready Program. Previously, Jacobs served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Studio One Media, Inc. and Managing Director of JDB Capital Partners, LLC. He has held several executive positions including Senior Vice President of Finance for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, Portfolio Chief Financial Officer at Texas Pacific Group, and Senior Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions Services Practice of KPMG, LLC.

Susan McGarity, RN, PA, PNP, brings 360 Vantage a wealth of knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with a focus on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices. McGarity is the Executive Vice-President and Co-Founder of EthiX Associates, as well as Adjunct Faculty and CONECTR consultant at Health Outcomes, Center for Healthcare Innovation and Clinical Trials at Arizona State University. Previously, she held sales and management positions with several pharmaceutical companies, and has worked with numerous healthcare companies in building their sales and marketing operations, launching products and establishing marketing strategies. McGarity currently serves on several Advisory Boards including the Kansas Society of Health-System and the Women’s Opportunity Fund.
