LesserEvil Brand Snack Co. plans to change the company name to LesserEvil Healthy Brands as it rolls out a new product line.

As LesserEvil Snack Food Co., based out of Connecticut, prepares to introduce its new Chia Crisp and Chia Pop line, president Charles Coristine announced LesserEvil Healthy Brands Co. as the new company name.

In recent months LesserEvil hired Brand Manager Kristen Cardilli to help merge the company mission with the brand. "We wanted to be one of those companies coming out with a snack offering that no one had ever done," says Cardilli. LesserEvil strives to bring to the table a healthy alternative snack food without sacrificing the sweet and savory flavors associated with the snacking industry.

"With a chia baked black bean chip and chia popcorn coming out we felt that LesserEvil Healthy Brands was a name that most closely reflected what we wanted to represent as a company," continues Cardilli. "Look for us to come out with some other exciting food products soon."
