Orlando, Fla. (PRWEB) December 04, 2012
Corporate Capital Trust, a business development company focused on investing in debt from privately owned American companies, has closed a new $500 million financing arrangement with one of North America's premier financial institutions and Canada's most international bank, Scotiabank.
“The demand for non-bank financing for private U.S. companies continues to be robust and this new financing arrangement allows us to add to our current gross assets of approximately $885 million and pursue additional investment opportunities,” said Andy Hyltin, CEO and president of Corporate Capital Trust. “In line with our investment strategy, our intent is to maintain a conservative level of leverage.”
